Marinated pork

It is made from the juiciest Pork Ribs with a thick layer of meat, marinated with salt, paprika and garlic. Cured in natural oak charcoal-fired dryers that give it its special texture, aroma and flavour.

It can be eaten in a number of ways: fried and preserved in oil, grilled, in potato and vegetable stews, etc.
