This is pig face without the ears or nape, marinated with salt, garlic and paprika and dried over Holm oak charcoal. It is a unique product that should be eaten roasted in snacks, on barbecues, or as an accompaniment to cooked legumes, which it adds its special flavour to.

  •  Condiments & spices: Salt, La Vera paprika
  •  Type of curing: In natural dryers using charcoal and air
  •  Other data: Two units vacuum-packed in bags (boxes of six bags). Best before: 180 days
