Marinated Pork Snout
This is pig face without the ears or nape, marinated with salt, garlic and paprika and dried over Holm oak charcoal. It is a unique product that should be eaten roasted in snacks, on barbecues, or as an accompaniment to cooked legumes, which it adds its special flavour to.
