Lomo Embuchado Extra
This is our finest product. Made with fresh pork loin from white pigs, it’s carefully salted and marinated, and then subsequently dry cured in natural drying sheds exposed to the cold air of Soria, which endow it with an unmistakable flavour and aroma. As it contains hardly any fat or preservatives, and it has a very low salt content, this product is simply exceptional from a nutritional standpoint. We recommend slicing it as thinly as possible to enhance its flavour and aroma. It’s also very important to consume it at room temperature.
It’s perfect as a snack by itself, served on tomato bread, in sandwiches…

- Condiments and spices: Salt and La Vera paprika
- Curing process: In natural drying sheds with charcoal and air. Approximate curing time: 35 days
- Other information: Collagen casing of different sizes. Vacuum packed in a bag and in a cardboard box (2 pieces of lomo embuchado en caña, 6 half pieces). Expiry: 180 days
