Beef burger with Torrezno de Soria shavings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pack Torrezno de Soria shavings
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 4 beef burger patties
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 1 red tomato
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 sweet and sour gherkins
  • Guacamole
  • Mayonnaise, mustard, etc.

 

METHOD:
Open the pack and let the torrezno shavings sit at room temperature. Fry using plenty of oil until they’re crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Cook the patties on a griddle. After flipping them over, place the cheese on top of the patties so the meat cooks as the cheese melts. Brush the buns with butter on the inside and toast on the griddle cut side down until golden.

Assemble the burgers by heaping a generous spoonful of guacamole on each bun and adding a piece of lettuce, slices of tomato, gherkins and the burger patty. Top with the torrezno shavings.

Add the sauce of your choice.
